What You Will Be Doing:

As a Digital Marketing Performance Manager, you’ll not only lead the charge in optimizing performance marketing channels but also play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional client experience. From maximizing account performance and budget utilization to crafting growth strategies that leave a mark, you’ll lead the charge in developing, maintaining, and optimizing performance marketing channels.

What You Will Bring:


Campaign Management and Execution (40%)
  • Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely manner
  • Proactively schedule and perform recurring optimizations including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, etc.
  • Prioritize conflicting tasks and actively communicate tasks progress and completion time to manage stakeholder expectations

What can I expect from each interview stage?
  • Initial Interview

    This interview is a quick get-to-know-you, covering all bases in terms of skills and experience relevant to the role.

  • Technical Interview

    This interview will focus on skill-based questions to identify your role-specific strengths. The question will focus on how your performed in your professional experience.

  • Interview

    This interview will focus on soft skills and culture fit. You will be asked questions that are related to your previous work experiences—however, you may also be asked situational questions to get a better understanding of your character and perspective.

Do I need to prepare anything for the interview?
