What You Will Be Doing:

As a Performance Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact paid digital campaigns. Whether it’s Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, or Programmatic, you’ll optimize every channel to deliver exceptional results. You’ll own the details, master the data, and ensure every campaign exceeds expectations.

What You Will Bring:

Campaign Management and Execution

(50%)Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely mannerProactively schedule and perform recurring optimizations including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, etc.Prioritize conflicting tasks and actively communicate tasks progress and completion time to manage stakeholder expectationsPerform corrective actions for performance and budget pacing Thoroughly review all outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and best practiceAssist in the onboarding of a new client when necessary Liaise with contractors and freelancers for support in campaign execution 


Investigation & Reporting (30%)Proactively monitor and communicate campaign performance to immediate stakeholdersAssess, investigate, and resolve campaign issues and poor performanceProduce insightful reports (ad hoc and scheduled) for the allocated channelsInitiate discussions with managers on growth strategiesEmploys analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaignsCollaborate with the Data team to continually provide feedback to optimize client dashboards more efficiently and effectivelyReach out to senior support immediately and proactively when across arduous issues
Communication & Collaboration (20%)Contribute ideas and insights to the development of digital strategies for paid campaigns, including strategic roadmaps, media plans, experiments, and promotional campaignsProvide task briefs to other departments such as Creative and DataEffectively communicate internally and externally with direct stakeholdersManage select SME client relationships independently, while working closely with performance managers for oversight and support, when required

    This interview will focus on skill-based questions to identify your role-specific strengths. The question will focus on how your performed in your professional experience.

  • Interview

    This interview will focus on soft skills and culture fit. You will be asked questions that are related to your previous work experiences—however, you may also be asked situational questions to get a better understanding of your character and perspective.
